I feel the risks should be quantified. For example, a women having vaginal sex with a HIV+ man will get it 1 in every 1,000 times they have sex. That is lower risk then getting pregnant on the mini pill (my partners current form of birth control). Some studies even have the risk at 1 in 100,000! Furthermore, the risk is even lower for men having sex with infected women due to biology. OK, condoms do lower the risk by 80 percent, but to say unprotected sex is a high risk of contracting HIV is very misleading.
